404EU is an all-purpose lubricant and sealant for applications that require the best lubrication available. 404EU's processing and formulation enable it to provide a versatility not found in conventional Iubricants. 404EU maybe used on brass, aluminum, copper, and stainless steel, as well as conventional steel threads.
404EU is made with LIQUILON which is inert and unaffected by acids, oils, caustics, and common solvents. It is used in applications with temperatures to >400℉ (>204°C) and services pressures up to 10, 000 psi. 404EU gives long-lasting protection to coated parts, which keeps equipment in top operating condition.
404EU is recommended for the lubrication requirements of equipment that must be operated over extended periods of time or where shut downs are prohibitive. Equipment wear will be reduced and loss of lubrication will be stopped by the unique sealing characteristics of 404EU. 404EU possesses a unique plating and coating ability which provides a residual lubrication film that eliminates metal-to-metal contact and prevents rust and corrosion.

Application
The uses of 404EU are varied. In general, 404EU may be applied to threaded connections, gaskets, gearboxes, gear and chain drive units, draw works, direct rotary drives, outboard motor lower units, stopcocks, wellheads,swivel joints, and universal joints, as a pump and valve packing, and additive to truck rear ends.
